February 19, 2018 - 7:00 PM

The United States has 83 military sites and about 23,400 military personnel in South Korea, a country around the size of Massachusetts. Some of the sites lie about 80 miles from Pyongyang. Want to learn more about what is going on in the Korean peninsula? Associate professor of history and director of the Syracuse University East Asia Program George Kallander will present a historically grounded view of the conflict, followed by discussion and action ideas.

Sponsored by the Beyond War and Militarism Committee of Syracuse Peace Council and CNY Solidarity Coalition. For more information, or to download the NO Unconstitutional Strike Against North Korea petition go to peacecouncil.net/ or call 315-472-5478.
