The Building Company is a theater company based in Syracuse, New York. It was founded in Syracuse in 2012 by Stephen Cross and Corinne Tyo. The Building Company is dually mandated to create original works of theater; and to act as a catalyst for social and educational reform. The company creates new and unconventional theatre pieces that provoke alternative ways of thinking about social constructions.
