Green Bag Lunch with GreeningUSA: A Climate Crisis Panel Discussion

In conjunction with our current exhibition CARRYING THE WEIGHT: Fire & Ice, The Art of Zaria Forman and Stuart Palley, GreeningUSA is hosting their monthly Green Bag Lunch series at ArtRage Gallery. The event is free but Registration is required. REGISTER HERE

The panelists will explore the critical issue of climate change from the big picture point of view. They will offer their perspective on the climate crisis, the status as well as prospects and challenges including, federal, state and local actions responding to the climate crisis; what’s working and what’s not; what more must be done.

Panelists will include:

Mark Lowery, Assistant Director, Office of Climate Change, NYS Department of Environmental Conservation

Dr. Cornelius “Neil” Murphy, Jr., Past-President, SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry

Chris Carrick, Energy Program Manager, CNY Regional Planning & Development Board

PARKING NOTE: Please do not park in the lot next to ArtRage. It belongs to “In My Father’s Kitchen”. Parking is allowed on the street (obey all parking restriction signs) and at the two “Syracuse Cultural Workers” parking lots (408 & 414 at Lodi St), one block away. Walking, bicycling and use of public transportation is highly encouraged.
