Hear performances by Syracuse bands: Disinclined (shoegaze), Maryam Webster Dictionary (noise pop), Viva Whatever (post-punk), and Triple Dog Death Barrage (shoegaze), accompanied by visuals and projection art.
Learn about adoptable dogs and cats (no animals will be present at the event), and how to volunteer with or donate to the HHDR and CNYCC!
Helping Hounds Dog Rescue provides a compassionate approach to dog rescue by matching homeless dogs from overcrowded shelter systems with loving homes. HHDR is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization funded by donations, fundraisers and adoption fees, that works to find forever homes for rescue dogs in the Central New York area. HHDR is located at 7268 Caswell Street, North Syracuse, NY 13212.
The CNY Cat Coalition was founded in 2002 and is one of Central New York’s largest cat rescue/adoption and spay/neuter promoters. Primarily serving Onondaga and Oswego counties, their mission is to change the world for homeless and at-risk cats—four paws at a time. They are a 100% volunteer organization comprising dozens of foster homes and hundreds of active volunteers. In 2025, the CNYCC found new adoptive homes for more than 950 homeless cats and facilitated spay/neuter surgeries for more than 2,700 cats!
