Bear Garden CABARET NIGHT #1!

April 4, 2014 - 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM

The Bear Garden hosts a Cabaret Night for the ArtRage Gallery!

TWO NIGHTS ONLY!   Friday, April 4th & Saturday, April 5th.
Shows both nights at 6:00 or 8:30 pm.

One of the founders of the all female jazz group, the NINES, Lauren Albaroni is singing solo at the Bear Garden to benefit the ArtRage Gallery in a program titled HEARTS ON FIRE!

Lauren Johnson Albaroni began singing professionally in 1993, when she and her mother, Nancy Stewart-Johnson, experimented with a cabaret act for a local community revue.  While her musical tastes are clearly eclectic, Lauren loves singing jazz.  She cites Ella Fitzgerald, Dinah Washington and Dianne Schurr among her influences so we’re sure you’ll hear all your favorite heart throb songs sung with a new twist.

The Bear Garden is a tiny ”night club” that is hidden away in the Hawley-Green home of Will Doswell and Joe Downing who generously lend it out to help a variety of non-profit organizations.  Wine, hors d’oeuvres, and desserts will be served Cabaret Style so bring an appetite!

All of the entertainment and refreshments are donated which means that your entire contribution (of any amount) is tax deductible and goes directly to fund the work of the ArtRage Gallery, also in the Hawley-Green neighborhood. Seating is limited so reservations are a must.

No admission fee is required. Donations gratefully accepted.
