Don Karp is the author of this memoir, “The Bumpy Road: Culture Shock, including: The Woodstock Fest, Mental Hospitals, and Living in Mexico.” He is a former Syracuse resident and was a member of the Syracuse Peace Council,
Mental Patients Liberation Project, Peace and the Freedom Party. He also lived in the Boston area and Western Massachusetts for 20 years. He currently lives in Central Mexico.
