US vs. John Lennon

Syracuse Peace Council will host a screening of the the film The US vs. John Lennon followed by a discussion about current FBI surveillance of activists.
The film follows Lennon’s transformation into a rallying anti-war activist striving for world peace during the late 1960s and early 1970s. The film also details attempts by the US government under Nixon to silence him, and other popular figures involved in anti-war activism.
