We welcome you to join us for a workshop about a new initiative to direct funds from war tax resistance to people of color-led activist groups. Learn how to participate in war tax resistance, for any level of risk, and how that resistance can support racial justice. The workshop is co-sponsored by the National War Tax Resistance Coordinating Committee and the Syracuse Peace Council will be led by Sam Koplinka-Loehr, a community organizer with the NWTRCC.

Sam will introduce the National War Tax Resistance Coordinating Committee’s Redirection 2017: to divest from war, and invest in Black, Brown, and indigenous resistance. For more information go to: http://nwtrcc.org/resist/redirection/redirection-2017

Don’t be scared. There are many ways to participate. Learn more about a variety of methods of resistance here: http://nwtrcc.org/resist/how-to-resist

Make sure to come to hear more about the local and regional project. Free to the Public.
