Anti-Drones March and Demonstration:

droneprotestUpstate NY Speaks Out Against  War!

Come join the movement! Join us as we come from all over upstate New York to protest the use of the drones at our local Air National Guard base. Drones have been known to cause a lot of civilian deaths and village destruction, and we’re tired of innocent lives being wasted for suspected “military targets.” Join us in our fight!

– Please meet at Northern Lights Plaza at the Christmas Tree Shop at 12:30pm, where we will begin to march at 1 pm. If you are unable to march, then please meet at the air base. (See route here).

Picketing and speakers will be from 2- 3 pm in front of Hancock Air National Guard Base. This is a solemn demonstration; please wear dark colors to mourn the victims of drone attacks in Pakistan, Iraq and Afghanistan.

– After the march and rally, there will be an organizing meeting and snacks at ArtRage Gallery at 3:30 pm
